Refund Policy
 

The Initial Case Review Fee is protected by a Satisfaction Policy.
 

If, upon completion of the Initial Case Review, no actionable findings or opportunities to improve the Client's situation are identified, the Initial Case Review Fee will be fully refunded.
 

Refund requests related specifically to the Initial Case Review must be submitted within 10 business days following delivery of the Case Review findings. Requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@mysolarclaim.com and must clearly demonstrate that no actionable findings or improvement opportunities were identified.
 

No other fees beyond the Initial Case Review Fee are eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Once the Initial Case Review has been accessed or downloaded by the Client, the fee becomes non-refundable except under the conditions explicitly stated in this policy.

Failure by the Client to complete requested actions, including providing necessary documentation or actively participating in the review processes, voids refund eligibility.
